This is to inform the public in all the communities of Nunavik that polls closed at 6:00 PM on Thursday February 1st, 2024, for the position of President where eligible voters had the opportunity to vote in person or online. The results of the election are as follows:
- Pita Aatami: 1862 Votes
- Suzy Kauki: 347 Votes
- Harry Tulugak: 393 Votes
- Spoiled: 10 Ballots
Pita Aatami winning the majority vote has been re-elected to the position of President of Makivvik.
