REQUEST TO SET THE CASE DOWN FOR JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT- For January 10, 2018

Montreal, Quebec, December 20, 2017- For Immediate Release

We wish to advise beneficiaries of the High Arctic Relocatee Trust (HART) that on December 20, 2017 at 9:45 AM, Makivvik and collectively, the HART beneficiaries, were served with the Request to Set the Case Down for Judgment by Default concerning the termination of the HART.

This means that the Judicial Demand concerning the termination of the HART will be presented before the Superior Court of Quebec, District of Montreal, on January 10, 2018, at 9 A.M. in room 2.16 of the Montreal Courthouse.
