We wish to advise beneficiaries of the High Arctic Relocatee Trust (HART) that on November 2, 2017 at 10:20 AM, Makivvik  was served with the Judicial Demand concerning the termination of the High Arctic Relocatee Trust (HART), which has since been filed before

 the Quebec Superior Court, District of Montreal.
