Here you will find Makivvik’s key publications: Taqralik Magazine, and Makivvik’s Annual Report.
Tarralik Magazine
Produced by Makivvik staff, the magazine includes contributions of text, photos, and other illustrations from the various individuals and organizations associated with the Inuit in Nunavik—the beneficiaries of the James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement.
While the magazine does feature Makivvik projects, it also promotes the activities from within the region and describes activities by or for Nunavik Inuit outside the region as well. The opinions expressed are not necessarily those of Makivvik or its executive.
In its paper format, Taqralik is delivered free of charge to all beneficiary households in Nunavik and to a mailing list of private individuals, government officials, and archives.
If you would like to be added to the digital mailing list, you can fill out the form on this page.
We also invite readers to share story ideas, letters, and photos with us.

Makivvik Annual Report
Also produced by Makivvik staff, edited and compiled by the Makivvik Communications Department. The Makivvik Annual Report provides a comprehensive report of the activities of respective Makivvik departments, subsidiary companies, key files, and financial reports during Makivvik’s fiscal year October 1 – September 30.
