We wish to advise beneficiaries of the High Arctic Relocatee Trust (HART) that on December 20, 2017 at 9:45 AM, Makivvik and collectively, the HART beneficiaries, were served with the Request to Set the Case Down for Judgment by Default concerning the termination of the HART.
This means that the Judicial Demand concerning the termination of the HART will be presented before the Superior Court of Quebec, District of Montreal, on January 10, 2018, at 9 A.M. in room 2.16 of the Montreal Courthouse.

NOTIFICATION OF SERVICE OF A JUDICIAL DEMAND TO INSTITUTE PROCEEDINGS FOR THE TERMINATION OF A SOCIAL TRUST, HOMOLOGATION OF A FINAL ACCOUNTING AND FOR FINAL RELEASE AND DISCHARGE OF TRUSTEES (the “Judicial Demand”)
We wish to advise beneficiaries of the High Arctic Relocatee Trust (HART) that on November 2, 2017 at 10:20 AM, Makivvik and collectively, the HART beneficiaries, were served with the Judicial Demand concerning the termination of the HART.
Upon service of the Judicial Demand, it shall be filed imminently before the Quebec Superior Court, District of Montreal.
